Homelessness presents as a growing issue in WA, with approximately 9000 homeless Australians in the state currently. Break the system and help change the lives of those affected.
St John of God Social Outreach Services - Horizon House
Horizon House is an initiative that provides homes and support for young people aged 16 to 22, experiencing or at risk of homelessness. They empower young people by helping them transition to independent living and seek employment.
They are seeking funding to engage with more young people and increase their access to housing, employment and education/training opportunities.
Uniting WA - Wyn Carr House Project
Women over 55 are the fastest-growing cohort of people experiencing homelessness in Australia. As affordable housing shortages continue to rise, more women than ever need urgent support.
Uniting WA is offering a state-of-the-art solution - the Wyn Carr House project which will play a vital role in helping women transition from homelessness to being able to live independently.
On My Feet
On My Feet is an Australian not-for-profit organisation which uses education, self-development and exercise to walk homeless people away from the cycle of homelessness. The organisation has three main programs that aim to improve the wellbeing of the homeless community. Find out more about the programs on their website.

St. Patrick’s Community Support Centre
St. Patrick’s provides immediate and holistic care for those experiencing homelessness, at risk of homelessness, as well as the disadvantaged in Fremantle’s surrounding areas. Some key services include emergency relief, housing, meals, social activities, and welfare and health services.
