The Fremantle Foundation’s story of impact is long (over 13 years), deep and compelling.   Our role as a funder, enabler, capacity builder, platform, and broker for change allows us to activate a community of givers and help maximise impact across Fremantle and Western Australia.

Our Impact

To date, we have granted nearly $5 million worth of funds to not-for-profit organisations in our community. We manage 70 Named Funds, donor advised accounts. In the most recent financial year we distributed 75 grants to the local community.

At Fremantle Foundation we are tracking our collective impact across seven key focus areas:

Theory of Change

The Fremantle Foundation has developed a Theory of Change, in order to clearly outline the steps by which we plan to achieve our mission (through philanthropy) to build a thriving community that embraces diversity and is engaged in community building at all levels.
