Impact100 Fremantle

IMPACT100 NEWS!

Lots happening behind the scenes with Impact100 Fremantle and we felt it was time to loop you in.

Over the past 2 years, the volunteer committee has worked hard to really understand the Impact100 model, what it does well, and how they feel we can change things to make it more sustainable, more effective and have a greater impact.

Since their first campaign in 2013, Impact100 Fremantle has raised and distributed $1,213,000 to charities and projects in this city. Incredible! All thanks to our incredibly generous donors and our amazing charities.

We made some changes to our approach last year, with great success. We were so delighted at the response from our donors and the charities involved, but we still feel there is more we can do.

With that in mind, the Impact100 Fremantle Committee has made the decision to postpone this year’s campaign.

This was a decision we felt we had to make, in order to make this thing the best it can be. We LOVE Fremantle. We want to see it thriving for generations to come.

There is so much to love about this town, and so many stories, so much history, that connects us all. This is a city that needs to be cherished, supported and nurtured.

We want to adjust our approach to enable us to be more sustainable and durable, to find new ways to make our donors feel more connected and our charities really feel heard and represented, and to really ensure our communities are supported where it matters most, for now and well into the future.

We know you love being a part of Impact100 Fremantle so just know that the committee is dedicated to making this the best it can be.

We’ll see you next year and we’ll be sure to update you with any news.
